  • Producing 43.6% of all perilla leaves in Korea, Miryang provides clean underground water for farming the plant. The perilla leaf is deep, dark purple in the back, rich in phenyl ketone, and has a unique fragrance. Perilla leaf from Miryang is thick and rich in calcium, iron, and vitamin, and can prevent cholesterol buildup when consumed with meat, preventing cancer.
